【活动费用】自掏公交车钱。
【午餐方式】农家饭或自带干粮.自便.
【建议装备】双肩包、运动鞋（不能穿皮鞋）、登山杖、毛巾、创口贴等常规药品。有对讲机的山友请带来（频率为440.500）
【活动纪律】
         1、登山活动无条件服从领队的管理活动中听从指挥；
         2、登山活动要注意环保，同时注意防火，严禁在山上吸烟.
         3、请多备水、帽子和适宜登山的鞋子及防暑用品

这事蛮要紧的，比吃，比睡都要紧啊！人不吃不睡有7天可活（女同志），男同志3—4天好活，下水道一天也行，要满出来，不得了啊！[em14]
